How do I Check-Out?
Simply lock all windows and doors when you leave. Be sure to take all your belongings with you, and enjoy your journey home or to your next destination.
Will we need to clean the house?
It takes 4-6 hours to properly prepare a home for the next guest. It is very important that you leave the home on time. We do not expect you to completely clean the home, but please leave the home neat and tidy. Please strip all used linens and leave the pile of linens on each bed for the housekeeper to start, it will be greatly appreciated! Please don't leave unclean dishes in the sink or on the counter and don't put dirty dishes away as if they were clean. Bag all trash (no loose trash) and place all trash in the bins. Shut off the lights, lock the doors and have a safe journey back home. We look forward to seeing you on your next Florida vacation. We also hope that you will tell your friends about us!

- TRASH On departure please ensure that all trash is securely bagged in plastic bags and placed either in the community dumpster or the garbage cans for pick- up.
- LAUNDRY Please remove the sheets and pillows cases from the bed and place in a pile with any towels used, on the floor of the laundry room.
- OVEN/RANGE Make sure the oven/range is empty and turned off.
- DISHWASHER Please place all dirty dishes and utensils in the dishwasher and start theMachine, prior to leaving. Do not put dirty dishes in the cabinets.
- LIGHTS & FANS Please make sure all lights and fans are turned off.
- THERMOSTAT Please make sure the thermostat is set to 80 degrees. Set system lever to "COOL" position. Set fan lever to "AUTO" position.
- WINDOWS & DOORS Please close and lock all windows and doors
- BREAKAGE & DAMAGES Notify us immediately if there are any breakages or damages to the home or any contents of the home. The registered guest of the home is responsible for any damage, breakages, missing items, excessive cleaning whether made by themselves his/her family or guests.
- ADDITIONAL CLEANING If there has been a need to do additional cleaning in the home due to accidents or spillage during your stay. The charge will be made to your credit card or deducted from your deposit upon check-out.
- ITEMS LEFT BEHIND Please take time to check that you have not forgotten anything or anyoneIMPERIAL MANAGEMENT FL. is not responsible for any items left behind. If items are left behind & you request them to be returned, it will be done with a service charge of $25.00 plus the cost of packing.
