Q: How to make the reservation?
A: To reserve our vacation home, we require a signed rental agreement and security deposit payment. The full rental payment will be due 60 days prior to your arrival. A payment reminder will be sent to you along with the payment instructions.
All confirmation and arrival instructions will be sent via email. You will receive a reservation confirmation email within 24 hours of submitting the rental agreement and security deposit. A second email with Total Rent Payment confirmation will be sent after your Full payment has been received. Another email for Check-In instructions will be sent to you TWO weeks before arrival.
Q: What is payment method?
A: Wire Transfer, PayPal, Credit Card, Cashier’s Check, and Money Order are accepted. Renter must be responsible for all processing fees associated with payment (4% fee for Credit Card and PayPal, $35 fee for Wire Transfer).
Q: What is the security deposit for?
A: The main purpose of the security deposit is to secure the unit for your reservation dates. Once the full payment has been processed, the security deposit will be held until your departure. The security deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure if no damages are found in the unit. The deposit is not part of the rental payment. The deposit will be refunded back to the same account which you made reservation.
Q: How do I Check-In and get access to the unit?
A: Our vacation homes are equipped with key-less locks. This means that no check in is required, and you can go straight to the unit when you arrive. The unique access code will be sent to you via email one week prior to your arrival. The access code will give you access to the unit during your reservation period. Please note that the access code will expire once your reservation period is over.
Q: What do I do if I have problems or questions during my stay?
A: Contact the property manager and Owner. You will have all contact information in Rental Agreement and Check-In documentation, also in the Information book inside the home. They are available 24/7 in case of any emergencies.
What is our cancellation policy?
We use the standard VRBO/HomeAway policy which most of the owners have: Any cancellation 90 days prior to check-in date will receive a full refund minus a $45 processing fee. Cancellation between 60 to 90 days prior to check-in date will receive 50% deposit. Cancellation less than 60 days prior to check-in date will not be refunded. To protect your vacation, we advise all guests to purchase Trip Insurance or CSA Travel Protection.
When is the Check-In and Check-Out time?
Check-in time is after 4 p.m. Since we want to ensure everything is in good working order to make your stay enjoyable, please be aware that you will not have access to your property until after that time. However, upon request, an early check-in may be arranged based on availability.
Check-out time is at 10 a.m. Again, to ensure that everything is pleasant and enjoyable for those arriving after your departure, we ask that you please depart the property by 10 a.m. on the date of your check out. Upon request, a late check-out may be arranged based on availability.
How do I Check-Out?
Simply lock all windows and doors when you leave. Be sure to take all your belongings with you, and enjoy your journey home or to your next destination.
Will we need to clean the house?
It takes 4-6 hours to properly prepare a home for the next guest. It is very important that you leave the home on time. We do not expect you to completely clean the home, but please leave the home neat and tidy. Please strip all used linens and leave the pile of linens on each bed for the housekeeper to start, it will be greatly appreciated! Please don't leave unclean dishes in the sink or on the counter and don't put dirty dishes away as if they were clean. Bag all trash (no loose trash) and place all trash in the bins. Shut off the lights, lock the doors and have a safe journey back home. We look forward to seeing you on your next Florida vacation. We also hope that you will tell your friends about us!

Vacation Home Rentals are generally appealing for many reasons, some of the foremost being cost savings, more space, and no tips or service charges that are associated with hotel rooms. Vacation home rentals have kitchens for cooking, living rooms for gathering together and offer the appeal of living in a real neighborhood and soaking up the rhythm of the locals.
We have never stayed at a condo before. What to expect ?
Disney's executive resorts hotel starts at $200 per room on average, and our 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms condo starts at much lower rate. It only takes minutes driving to Disney, but compare with hotel room, you get a fully equipped kitchen, living room, 3 full bathrooms, free long distance phone and electronics such as HDTV, WiFi, and even Nintendo Wii!
While we are much more affordable than Hotels, we do not cheap out on the amenities we offer. We provide you a comfortable, modern, private home that is well maintained and clean. We do our best to meet your highest expectations.
Are your homes suitable for young children?
Absolutely! We have lots of children visiting and we provide many baby items at no extra charge! This includes high chair, and pack’n’play/baby crib.
How close are the homes to area attractions?
Our vacation home is at the best location of Orlando Vacation Home Rental Area.
* Only 1.5 miles away from Walt Disney World.
* 10.2 Miles to SeaWorld,
* 8.2 miles to Universal Studios
* Only minutes from International Drive
* 7.5 miles to the Premium Outlet Mall.
* 1 hour to Cocoa Beach
* Golf: Surrounded by world famous golf courses. Champions Gate Golf Club is only 2 miles away!
* Few minutes walk to the local restaurants, bars, grocery stores.
Do you have free parking? Can we park for 2nd vehicle?
Yes. We have 1 private parking in front of the door( with unit# on it). There are also lots of visitor parking spots available. (those spots without unit#)
(Please Note: RV, Trailer, Boat or motor home is NOT allowed to park in the resort)
Are the properties non-smoking?
Yes, all of our properties are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside of the property only.
Do you allow pets?
No. Animals and pets are NOT permitted in our vacation homes.
What is provided in the home?
We provide linens, towels, basic kitchenware. We also provide the following complimentary items for your initial convenience:
1 toilet paper roll per bathroom
1 bar soap for every sink
1 roll paper towel for kitchen
1 bottle dish soap
1 small box trash bags and 1 trash bag each trash can in home
1 tea tray with tea, coffee, sugar, sweetener etc
If you need more supplies for your continuing staying, please purchase from nearby stores.
What is NOT provided in the home?
We don’t provide large pool towels, baby bedding for crib, please bring your own.
As a vacation home, we only provide the above items for your initial convenience. You can easily purchase more supplies from nearby stores.

Is there air condition and heat?
Yes, all of our vacation homes have central air conditioning and heat.
Is there telephone and internet?
Yes, we provide free high speed WiFi internet and telephone. The long distance call covers free calls within USA, Canada, and Mexico.
Are the homes cleaned daily?
No, our homes are cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. You can request a mid-stay clean at an additional charge.
A mid-stay clean includes: washing all sheets and towels, cleaning all bathrooms and kitchen area, vacuuming and dusting, sweeping and mopping and refreshing your starter paper products.
Are there cleaning supplies?
We do not leave any chemicals in the home but there is a washing machine, dryer, mop, broom, dustpan, vacuum, dishwasher, iron and ironing board in the properties.
